| 摘 要： | 针对交叉口现有的交通状况以及存在的问题,以哈平路与幸福路交叉口为例,应用改进的F·韦伯斯特配时方法,进行交叉口信号配时的设计,可提高交叉口的通行能力,减少交叉口的车辆延误,消除车辆在交叉口行驶的安全隐患。

| Abstract: | In view of the current cross transport situation and existing problems, it takes the advantages of the approved method of Webster timing by quoting the example of the cross of Haping road and Xingfu road. The result proves the passing rate of the cross, reduces the vechicle delay and eliminates the hidden troubles of the safety at the traffic cross. |
