地铁B2型铝合金车体结构设计与静强度分析

摘    要:介绍了地铁B2型鼓形铝合金车体的结构设计,根据它是由大型中空挤压型材焊接而成的特点,采用 有限元软件建立结构计算模型,分12种载荷工况进行静强度分析,为车体结构的合理设计提供依据。结果表 明该车体采用了大型中空挤压型材,既减轻自重,又保证了强度和刚度。对存在应力集中部位,可采取相应结 构措施进行改善。

Abstract:The design for the subway type B2 passenger car body with the form of drum is introduced in this paper.The computing model through FEM program is built according to the characteristic of car-body welded by the large-scale hollow extruded shape extrusion of aluminum alloy.The static strength analysis under 12 kinds of loading conditions provides the foundation for the rational design of the car-body structure.It shows that the car-body designed by the large-scale hollow extruded shape extrusion not only reduces the dead weight but also guarantees its strength and stiffness.The position the stress being concentrated would be alleviated by through adopting effective methods correspondingly.
