| 摘 要： | 讨论了科技查新工作的目的及在交通行业中查新检索的必要性、特点和检索技巧，并以交通科技查新工作的实践经验为依托，从技术先进性和实用性出发，开发了交通科技项目查新检索系统。介绍了系统的开发背景、技术路线、功能模块等特点。通过交通查新检索系统的应用，极大地提高了查新工作的效率与管理水平，减少了科研项目低水平重复和科技成果评审失准。

| Abstract: | The purpose of sci-tech novelty work and the necessity,characteristics and retrieval skills of novelty retrieval in traffic industry are discussed in the paper.Based on the practical experience of traffic sci-tech novelty work,the traffic science and technology projects novelty retrieval system are developed.The development background,technical route,function module of the system etc.are also introduced.Through the application of the system,the efficiency of novelty retrieval work and the management level are greatly improved,which reduces low level repetition of the project and improves accuracy of technology assessment. |
