施桥船闸下游停泊锚地工程预应力管桩施工工艺

摘    要:针对施桥船闸下游停泊锚地工程现场地质条件,对预应力管桩的沉桩工艺和管桩桩顶与底板的连接处理进行了研究,就送桩长度达6.38 m 如何控制沉桩的位置精度,以及在软土大开挖条件下如何减少地基表层裸露时间,保证桩顶与底板的连接质量,采取了有效措施,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Shiqiao Shiplock downstream anchorage engineering soil condition is very poor and the un-derground water level is high.The high strength PHC prestressed pipe pile for reinforcing soft soil foundation is adopted in the project.According to the characteristic condition,the pile sinking tech-nology and the treatment of pile top and bottom connection for prestressed concrete pipe pile are stud-ied.Effective measures to control the position accuracy of pile sinking when pile length up to 6.38m, reduce the surface exposed time and ensure the connection quality of pile top and bottom under the conditions of large excavation in soft soil foundation are performed and good effect has achieved.
