大型倒虹吸水泥混凝土水化热特性分析

摘    要:倒虹吸作为一种薄壁混凝土结构,容易受水泥水化热温升的作用而产生开裂现象。结合南水北调滹沱河倒虹吸工程实例,运用有限元软件 ANSYS模拟了倒虹吸水泥混凝土分层浇筑、养护的全过程。得到了倒虹吸混凝土水化热温升变化规律。同时对间歇期、养护条件、混凝土入仓温度等温控措施对倒虹吸管段混凝土内外温差的影响进行了优化分析。

Abstract:As a thin-wall concrete structure,inverted siphon will crack under the action of temperature rise due to hydration heat of cement.Combined with the HuTuo River inverted siphon project exam-ples,the entire process of inverted siphon layered concrete pouring and curing is simulated by using the finite element software ANSYS.The behaviors of inverted siphon concrete temperature change law of the hydration heat are got.At the same time,the optimization analysis of the effect of tempera-ture control measures such as dormant period,maintenance condition and concrete temperature on the internal and external temperature differences of inverted siphon pipe section concrete has been made.
