| 摘 要： | 全面评价高科技企业的风险具有重要而又现实的意义。在全面分析高新技术企业风险的基础上，建立了风险评级指标体系，运用模糊数学建立高新技术企业风险的多层次模糊评价模型．并用该模型进行了实证分析。
