| 摘 要： | 在盾构推进过程中,经常会出现由于各种原因造成管片产生不同程度的裂缝、碎裂现象,进而造成隧道质量问题,甚至影响工程验收和使用寿命。为系统解决这一质量通病,对盾构施工中出现管片产生裂缝、碎裂的原因进行详细的分析、研究,并提出相应的防治措施,来指导施工,减少管片产生裂缝、碎裂现象。通过现场分析并采用相应措施后,管片产生裂缝和碎裂的现象明显减少,收到良好的效果,对类似工程具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Segment cracks are commonly seen during shield tunneling, which can influence the tunnel quality and even jeopardize the works acceptance and service life. In order to solve this common problem, the author analyzes the causes for the cracks and proposes some countermeasures. The results of the study have been used in the engineering practice and good effects have been achieved. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future. |
