| Abstract: | The concepts of pavement preventive maintenance, pavement preservation and pavement preservation system are introduced in this paper, and the very important roles of preventive maintenance are discussed in pavement preservation system. Through analysis the conclusion that pavement preventive maintenance in due time has good cost-benefit is drawn. |
