| 摘 要： | 论述了如何使用Google Earth软件研究国内外交通管理方法之间的差异，分析交通工程学理论上的指标和GE软件所能提供的数据，给出了相应的软件操作和KML语言实现方式，从而形成了一套合理、多层次的方法。表述了使用GE软件和Google SketchUp软件进行交通管理演示方案，给出了一整套步骤，其中包括了参数及注意事项，分析这种方法的细节和优越性。
