中国汽车企业国际化经营探讨

摘    要:阐述了国际化经营是中国成为汽车强国的必经之路,也是汽车企业发展壮大的必然选择。在“十一五”期间,汽车企业的国际化经营将迎来良好的发展机遇,国际化将成为未来汽车行业发展的主旋律之一。文章结合丰田和现代汽车公司的国际化历程,指出了中国汽车企业国际化经营需要注意的问题,并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:This paper holds the view that internationalized operation is the necessary way to be a strong automotive country; meanwhile, it is the only way to strengthen automotive companies. During the period of llth 5-year plan, the internationalized operation of automotive industry faces the unprecedented opportunity, and globalization will become the main rhythm of the future automotive developing trend, After that, by studying the experience of internationalized operation of Toyota and Hyundai, this paper points out some issues China automotive companies should pay attention to, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
