南通市港口货物集散运输控制方案的设计与研究

文章从交通工程学的角度，分析了南通港口运输目前的现状，以智能交通调度为指导思想，提出了一套合理、经济的港口大交通控制方案。该方案配合铁路、公路和管道运输，将货物合理分配到各种运输方式中，使南通市各个港口到不同货物中转站的交通更畅通、高效、安全。该方案的实施将有利于南通在长江三角洲地区“中心两翼”型合理运输格局的形成．具有较高的实用价值。

Study on the Control Scheme of Nantong＇s Port Freight Transport

From the perspective of traffic engineering, this article analyzes the status quo of Nantong＇ port transport and puts forward a reasonable port traffic control scheme oriented towards intelligent transportation scheduling, which assigns the goods to the various means of transport such as railway, highway and pipelines, facilitating the circulation of goods from ports to freight transfer stations. The implementation of the scheme will help to construct the ＂One Center and Two Wings＂ type transport pattern at the Yangtze River Delta Area.
