石油化工码头储罐区安全预警研究进展

摘    要:通过阐述石油化工码头预警指标体系初建与筛选的方法、预警模型的选取、监控与预警系统开发的国内外研究现状和进展,总结了石化码头储罐区预警系统构建需要关注的重点。指出了目前储罐区预警系统存在的问题,并提出了把定性和定量方法结合起来建立一套完整的石化码头储罐区预警指标体系的重要性,分析了可拓理论预警模型、模糊综合评判法、人工神经网络在石化码头储罐区安全预警应用中的优缺点。探索应用LabVIEW开发石化码头储罐区预警系统的可行性。

Literature review of researches on safety early-warning system at petrochemical wharf storage tanks area

Abstract:The status and progress of preliminary establishment and filtering method of early warning index system, the selection of early warning model, construction and development of monitoring and early-warning system at home and abroad were expounded to summarize the focus of concern to build early-warning system at petrochemical wharf storage tanks area. The problems of safety early-warning system for storage tanks area were pointed, and the importance of combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to establish a complete early-warning index sys- tem at petrochemical wharf storage tanks area were proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of extension theory warning model, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, artificial neutral network in the petrochemical wharf storage tank area safety warning applications were analyzed. LabVIEW was explored to develop safety early-warning system at petrochemical wharf storage tanks area.
