摘    要:本文参考轴承润滑理论,分别使用短轴承理论和差分法求解雷诺方程的方法,对轴系式配油器浮环密封的密封性能进行计算分析,并将计算结果与试验数据、经验公式、CFD仿真结果进行了比较,论证了差分法的优势。还利用差分法分析了密封间隙、密封长度和油液粘度三个主要因素对密封性能的影响,为密封副的工程设计提供了一些参考。

Abstract:This paper consults the theory of bearing lubrication and analyzes the performance of floating ring seals in shafting oil distributor, using short bearing theory and computing Reynolds" equation by finite difference method. This paper also compares the results of these two methods with the results of the test, empirical formula and CFD emulation, and proves the predominance of the finite difference method. The utilize of finite difference method enables author to analyze how the main factors like clearance and length of the seals, viscosity of the oil influence the performance of floating ring seals. The results of analysis could provide some reference for the engineering design of floating ring seals.
