摘    要:本文以科学考察船升降鳍板锁紧装置为研究对象,对锁紧装置整体结构设计以及各工况下的工作原理进行分析;在船坞中对锁紧机构装置故障的现场勘验后对故障特点进行分析与研究,针对故障特点对锁紧机构提出了优化设计方案;同时对锁紧机构整体以及关键部件进行强度校核,为升降鳍板锁紧装置在科学考察船更好的应用提供了指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the research object of the drop keel of scientific research ship is studied.The overall structure design and working principle of the locking device are analyzed. After the on-site inspection of the fault of the locking mechanism in the dock, the fault characteristics are analyzed and studied. The optimal design scheme is proposed for the locking mechanism. The optimal design scheme for the locking mechanism is proposed for the fault characteristics. At the same time, the overall and key components of the locking mechanism are checked.It provides guiding significance for the better application of the drop keel locking device in the scientific research ship.
