铁路工程建设运输便道设计方法探讨

在铁路工程建设中，运输便道设计是设计工作不可缺少的内容之一，也是编制材料供应计划、计算运杂费和运输便道建设费、编制概预算的基础。此文通过简述以往工程建设运输便道的设计方法，阐述其存在的主要问题。并针对存在的主要问题，探讨采用新的测绘技术和成果及电子绘图技术，论述运输便道设计新方法，其方法和步骤是：收集和熟悉资料、运输便道描绘、在图上布设各要素、局部设计方案的比选和优化、形成运输便道路网、分类统计运输便道长度和填挖土石方量、计算运输便道建设费。同时简述运输便道设计新方法具备的优点。

Discussion of Railway Engineering Construction Transportation Service Road Design Method

In the railway engineering construction, transport service road design is indispensable contents of design work, and it is also the foundation of preparing material supply plan, calculation of freight, transportation service road construction cost and budget. This article expounds the previous engineering construction transportation service road design methods and the main existing problems. In the light of the existing problems this paper discusses the new mapping technology and achievements and electronic drawing tech- nology. Then this paper discusses a new method of transport service road design. The method and steps are ： collect material, transportation service road portrayed on the chart, the arrangement of elements, lo- cal design scheme comparison and selection and optimization, forming transportation service road network, classification and statistics of transport detour length and earthwork quantity, calculate transportation service road construction cost. At the same time, the advantages of this transportation service road design are expounded.
