一种用于大跨度桥梁钢绞线穿束的装置施工技术

由于预应力技术的发展,从几百米到上千米不等的大跨度桥梁得到了空前的发展,其施工技术已日趋成熟。但是在大跨度桥梁施工过程中较长的钢绞线穿束问题一直得不到有效的解决,并且因此耗费了较多的人力物力。通过对广州市番禺区东涌大桥预应力钢绞线穿束施工进行试验分析,介绍了一种用于大跨度桥梁中较长预应力钢绞线束的装置及穿束施工工艺,总结出一套结合工程实际、确保施工质量、行之有效的预应力施工方法,可供同行借鉴。

One of construction equipments using steel strand through beam in long-span bridge

Following the development of prestressing technology,long-span bridges ranging from a few hundred meters to kilometer has realized an unprecedented development,and the construction technology of bridges has also been well developed.But in the process of long span bridge construction,the problem of steel strand through beam is short of effective solutions and thus cost a greater amount of human and material resources.This article has put forward an analysis on the construction of prestressed steel strand through beam in Guangzhou Panyu Dongchong Bridge.It has introduced a kind of prestressed steel strand through beam device used in long-span bridges and a strand through beam construction technology.A set of construction method which has been proved to be practical,effective and can ensure construction quality has been summarized.
