| 摘 要： | 针对我国高速公路速度管理的实际需求,从运行效率和交通安全两个目标出发,建立了用于高速公路限速标准调整效果评价的方法,提出了有关的直接和间接评价指标。并通过定量的实例分析,对评价方法进行了应用和检验,得出了客观的评价结果。

| Abstract: | Considering the two objectives of efficiency and safety,this paper proposes the evaluation method for highway speed limit adjustment,and direct and indirect evaluation indexes on the basis of China＇s actual demand for highway speed management.Through quantitative case analysis,the objective conclusion is drawn after applying and testing the evaluation method. |
