| Abstract: | There are quite amount of wood processing enterprises in China which strongly dependent on Russian logs.The quickly doubled tax rises must constitute serious impact on those Russian-log-dependent businesses.Now that the Russia has developed the deep process strategy on forest industry,we shall update our concept to adept to the new trend of bilateral trade and seek more oppor- tunity.1) Change the concept of regarding Bussia as the log source bases.2) Change the concept of regarding forest industry simple as wood processor.We can make full use of our advantage in every resource and develop market in all respect.During this"reshuffle"chance,we can replace Heilongjiang and become the new dominant leader in cooperation and trade with Bussian forest industry.This thesis analyzes the impact of Russian log tariff rise and brings forward strategy and suggestions that our province are facing at present. |
