| 摘 要： | 山区水域气候多变且易发突风，对内河小型船舶安全构成严重的威胁。笔者通过对几起船舶风灾事故成因进行分析，就如何提高船舶抗突风能力，增加船舶倾覆不沉能力提出了见解。

| Abstract: | In the mountain area waters,weather is very changeable and windstorm frequently happens,which endangers the safety of small inland water vessels.The author of this paper,through analysing the causes of several accidents involving vessels caused by strong wind,provides some views on how to improve those vessels anti-wind capability and vessels not sinking after capsizing. |
