镓盐对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢及血清微量元素的影响

摘    要:目的 观察镓盐对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠模型骨代谢及血清中相关元素的影响。方法 用维甲酸建立大鼠骨质疏松模型后 ,实验分为 4组 :正常对照组、骨质疏松组、雌激素治疗组、氯化镓治疗组 ,治疗 2个月 ,观察治疗前后模型动物骨代谢及血清中相关元素的改变。结果 镓盐治疗后 ,大鼠平均骨小梁宽度、平均骨皮质厚度、骨小梁百分比均增加 ,TRAP和AKP活性降低接近正常组水平 ,血清镓含量明显升高 ,其他元素未见明显改变。结论 镓盐具有抑制破骨细胞、改善骨质疏松症的骨基质代谢状态、维持微量元素平衡的功能

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of gallium salt on bone metabolism and trace elements of the rat serum in tretinoin-induced osteoporosis. Methods After duplicating osteoporotic model in rats by using tretinoin, the rats were divided into control group, osteoporosis group, gallium chloride treated and estrogen treated groups. All the indexes of bone morphology and metabolism were observed after 60 days of treatment. Results Two months after treatment with gallium salt and estrogen, the thickness of bone cortex and trabecular area/the field of vision ratio were significantly increased. AKP and TRAP activities were decreased to the level close to that of the control group and the BGP had tendency to increase. Gallium content of serum was significantly increased and Cu content of serum decreased to normal level in gallium chloride treated group. However, the other elements were not significantly different in all the groups. Conclusion Gallium salt has the function of inhibiting the activity of osteoclast, improving metabolism state of bone matrix in osteoporosis and keeping the balance of trace elements.
