Application of Inner Joint-coating Machine in Construction of Inner Anticorrosive Coating of Steel Pipe

The large diameter pipeline anticorrosion layer is usually constructed by artificial filling,which has problems such as low construction efficiency,many quality defects and great safety risk in confined space construction.This paper mainly introduced the construction technology of replacing the manual filling with the internal filling machine in the construction of the anticorrosive joint-coating in the steel pipe.Equipment debugging,positioning,passability and quality control are the technical difficulties in the construction,which can be successfully solved through technical solutions such as parameter adjustment,video positioning,application of proprietary mechanical design,reasonable application of external forces and monitoring during the adoption process,it improves the construction efficiency of the inner joint-coating and ensures the construction quality of the steel pipe inner joint-coating.
