地铁联络通道受损管片修复方法的适应性研究

摘    要:为减少对开挖周边环境的影响,基于非开挖修复理念提出了焊接钢板加固的联络通道受损管片修复加固方法。建立计算模型,对加固后的混凝土强度和钢板强度进行分析,并通过监测仪器对加固后的效果进行监测。依据数值模拟和实测数值结果得出加固后钢板的最大拉应力、最大压应力分布规律,以及受损管片在加固后的应力峰值分布情况。研究表明,该修复加固方法可行,并具有良好的应用性。

Abstract:Based on the concept of trenchless repair,a method to repair and reinforce the damaged segments in the connecting passage by welded steel plate is proposed to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.With the establishment of a calculation model,the strength of reinforced concrete and steel plate are analyzed,and the effect of reinforcement is monitored by using monitoring instruments.According to the numerical simulation result and the measured data,the distribution laws of the maximum tensile stress and the maximum compressive stress of the strengthened steel plate,the peak stress distribution of the damaged segment after reinforcement are obtained.The results show that the repair and reinforce system is feasible with good applicability.
