旁通阀开度对清管器泄流流场影响研究

摘    要:为了分析旁通阀不同开度对清管器泄流流场的影响,以可控速清管器为例,建立了清管器的流体区域泄流流场模型,利用ANSYS Fluent软件对清管器进行网格划分及流场特性的仿真分析,获得不同开度下清管器流场压力云图,并以清管器旁通阀开度作为优化对象,对上下游压差的数值模拟结果建立了Fluent拟合曲线图。分析结果表明,旁通阀的开度与压差呈明显的非线性关系。该仿真结果与实际工程经验相符合,研究结果可为利用旁通阀开度来调节清管器速度及流场分析提供参考。

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of different openings of the bypass valve on the pig discharge flow field,in this paper,the controllable speed pig was taken as an example to establish the fluid flow field model of the pig.The ANSYS Fluent fluid analysis software was used to simulate the meshing and flow field characteristics of the pig,and the flow field pressure map of the pig at different openings was obtained.Taking the opening of the pig bypass valve as the optimization object,the Fluent fitting curve was established for the numerical simulation results of the pressure difference between upstream and downstream.The analysis results show that the opening of the bypass valve has a significant nonlinear relationship with the pressure difference.The simulation results are consistent with the actual engineering experience.The research results can provide a reference for adjusting the speed and flow field of the pig by the opening of the bypass valve.
