| 摘 要： | 从2008年下半年开始，金融危机对海南辖区航运业的影响一步步加剧，全省航运企业举步维艰，航运经济面临各种困难和挑战。面对金融危机，海南海事局和航运企业并肩作战，采取多种方式帮助航运企业才渡“冷冬”又过“酷暑”，已产生了积极的效果，同时鼓励航运企业树立信心，力争在航运市场回暖之时能抢占先机。
