| 摘 要： | 随着超纯水技术在各个行业的应用日益广泛,对超纯水的要求也越来越高,各种先进检测分析仪器也就应运而生。本文详述了如何利用反渗透技术制备超纯水的工作原理及工艺流程,在该系统中增加控制电路并采用PLC控制系统运行来监测水质。

| Abstract: | With ultra pure water technology being applied in various industries, requirements for the？ ultra pure water？ are increasingly high, thus all kinds of advanced detection analysis instrument emerge as the times require. This paper describes the working procedure of producing ultra pure water by using reverse osmosis technology, and explains how to monitor water quality by using control circuit and PLC control system. |
