| 摘 要： | 某高校职工体检统计显示:高脂血症高达38%。分析原因。饮食结构不合理及运动量少是其主要原因。提倡健康的"金字塔"饮食结构,加强运动是防治高脂血症的基础性措施。

| Abstract: | Physical examination results show that 38% working staff in Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology are hyperlipidaemia people, which comes to two main reasons： unreasonable diet structure and lack of exercise. To follow the healthy ＂Pyramid＂ diet structure and take more physical exercises are the basic measures for preventing the hyperlipidaemia. |
