基于虚拟仪器技术的船舶机舱监测与报警系统的研究

摘    要:船舶机舱监测与报警系统是轮机自动化的重要内容之一,为能对机舱内各种动力设备的运行状态和参数进行一站式实时监测,且当运行设备发生故障时,能自动发出声光报警,本文进行了以嵌入式智能检测终端与总控服务器虚拟仪表显示一体的船舶机舱计算机检测与报警控制方案的研究,开发了满足规范要求,功能完善,自动化水平高的机舱监测系统,系统总体运行效果稳定、可靠,集成性高,互操性强,对实现船舶机舱的数字化和网络化管理有参考价值。

Abstract:The monitoring and alarming system in ship’s engine room is an important part of marine automation,it is used for real-time monitoring the running status and various kinds of parameters of the power equipment in the cabin,it also can send out sound and light alarm automatically when the equipments have faults.This essay studies the ship cabin computeraided detection and alarm control scheme which integrates intelligent detection terminal and virtual instrument on the overall controlling server.A standard cabin monitoring system of more complete function and higher automation level is developed,and the system runs steadily and it is more stable,reliable integrated and easy to operate,which is of great reference value for digitalization of ship engine room and its network management.
