摘    要:依据《海港总平面设计规范》,根据水上水下活动通航安全影响论证与评估的基本原理与方法,对厦门港东渡0号至1号泊位14万吨级邮轮码头改造工程平面布置及航道通航条件与设计船型各项通航要素的适应性从理论方面进行定性、定量分析和评估,并提出评估结论与建议。

Abstract:According to the Code of General Layout for Sea Port and the basic principles and measures for Navigation Safety Argumentation and Evaluation of over water and under water activities, this paper makes a theoretical analysis and assessment on the adaptability of navigation elements, such as the layout, navigation conditions and the design of ships, which effects the reconstruction project of building a 140,000 DWT-cruise-terminal from Berth No. 0 to Berth No. 1 of Dongdu Port Area in Xiamen. And the evaluation conclusions and reconstruction suggestions are presented in the end of this paper.
