高职人才培养中跨文化交际能力的核心模块探析

随着我国经济与世界经济体系融入度不断深化,我国的职业教育也面临着新的挑战,即对人才培养的国际化要求也日益提升。这就意味着,职业教育的对象不仅要掌握专业技术,还需要具备国际职场中的发展能力,而这种发展能力的核心就是跨文化交际能力。本文旨在结合高职学生职业能力培养,明晰跨文化交际能力的核心模块,并为如何在高职教育中培养这一能力提出相关建议。

Analysis on Core Modules of Cross-Cultural Communication Skills for Higher Vocational Education

With the further integration of China’s economy into the world economy,the higher vocational education in China is facing the increasing challenge which means the intensive demand for international human resource.Therefore,the graduates not only are expected to be equipped with specialized skills,but also the ability to develop in the international career field where the skills of cross-cultural communication count greatly.This paper is,based on cultivation of the students’ specialized skills,presenting the outline of the core modules and some proposals are put forward.
