| 摘 要： | 三十年的改革开放取得的伟大成就是党坚持走群众路线的生动体现,群众路线对于十八届三中全会提出的改革并不过时,"一切为了群众,一切依靠群众"是全面深化改革的根本出发点和落脚点;"从群众中来,到群众中去"是全面深化改革的重要保证。全面深化改革和坚持群众路线是有机的统一体。

| Abstract: | T he great success achieved by 30 years opening-up and reforming is due to the Par-ty’s persistence in mass line ,which is still applicable to the reform proposed in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China .” All for the people all depend on the people”is the starting point and also the stand point of all-round reforming ,and“From the people and to the people”is the important guarantee for deeper re-forming .To deepen the reforming and persist in mass line should go side by side . |
