盾构机电气系统总体设计分析

摘    要:针对盾构机电气系统故障隐患较多的情况,对其总体设计的合理性和可靠性进行了详细分析,提出了盾构机电气系统设计的相关改进措施,给出了比较合理的电气系统图,提高了盾构机电气系统的可靠性和工作效率,为盾构机的设计及使用提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Aimed at the dangers and failures of electrical system of shield tunneling machine, the rationality and reliability of electrical system are analyzed. Related improvement in electrical system design is presented. Reasonable electrical system figures are given, which can improve the reliability and working efficiency, and provide a reference for the design and use of shield tunneling machine.
