摘    要:济南绕城高速公路二环线东环段项目跨胶济铁路立交桥采用两幅T构箱梁(2×80 m T构与2×60 m T构)平行同步转体结构形式。根据高速公路项目结构特点、施工组织及管理模式,针对性地开展BIM建模、模型深化应用及部署BIM管理平台。通过BIM技术的综合应用,提高项目工程质量、施工进度、协同化管理水平。本文结合跨越铁路转体桥高速公路工程实际BIM技术运用案例,在施工过程中以解决现场实际问题为出发点,从技术建模与管理平台搭建探讨BIM应用价值,为今后转体桥运用BIM技术提供借鉴。

Abstract:Twin T-frame box girder(2×80 m T-frame and 2×60 m T-frame)with parallel and synchronous swivel structure are used in the overpass across Qingdao-Jinan Railway in the project of east ring section of the second ring line of Jinan Ring Expressway.According to the structural characteristics,construction organization and management mode of expressway project,targeted measures of BIM modeling,model deepening application and deploying BIM management platform are carried out.Through the comprehensive application of BIM technology,the project quality,construction schedule and collaborative management level are improved.This article combines the actual BIM technology application case of the cross-railway swing bridge expressway project.During the construction process,it takes the solution of the actual problems on the spot as the starting point,and discusses the application value of BIM from the construction of the technical modeling and management platform.It will provide a reference for the application of BIM technology in the future.
