基于通行能力分析的车辆折算系数研究

摘    要:以通行能力分析为基础.提出车辆折算系数的准确概念,即在特定的道路条件以及交通组成条件下,所有非标准车相当于标准车对交通流流量影响的当量值。在此定义的基础上,确定采用车辆作用空间与车头时距相结合的方法确定车辆换折算系数PCE值。最后,以在哈尔滨市二环路上观测的数据为例,给出不同车型在平直路段、通常交通条件下的PCE推荐值。

Abstract:Based on the traffic capacity, it presents the conception of the vehicle conversion factor. Under given condition of road and traffic composition, all the non-standard vehicle is regarded as the equivalent value that all the standard vehicle influence the traffic flow. Consequently the PCE value of vehicle conversion factor is determined by the adoption of time and headway. Finally it gives the PCE recommendation taking the data from Harbin No. two ring road as the case.
