整车电性能测试系统设计

摘    要:通过电气系统性能测试,可发现该系统存在的问题,并为部件选型及匹配的优化设计提供参考依据。以整车电气系统作为研究对象,基于虚拟仪器技术和LabVIEW软件设计平台,进行电性能测试系统硬件及软件的设计。该系统解决了现有测试设备携带不便、测试精度低、稳定性差及效率低的问题。通过对该系统进行性能试验,有效验证其工作的稳定性和精度。

Abstract:Through the electric system performance test, the problems of this system can be found, and reference for optimal design of components is provided. This paper studied the vehicle electric system performance. Based on virtual instrument technology and the LabVIEW software, the hardware and software of performance test system has been designed. The system solves the problems of insufficient portability, low testing accuracy and poor stability of the existing testing equipment, and greatly improves the testing efficiency. Through the performance test of the system , the stability and accuracy of the system has been verified effectively.
