基于汽车低转速区间发电机电磁噪音优化

摘    要:在汽车噪音测试过程中,发现汽车低转速区间发电机产生的啸叫声即电磁噪音尤为明显,严重影响汽车驾乘员的舒适性。本文对发电机电磁噪音产生机理进行分析,提出电磁噪音优化方案。通过发电机台架试验和实车测试,验证了方案的有效性,使得汽车发电机电磁噪音在低转速区间优化到可接受的范围。

Abstract:During the car noise test,it was found that the whistling sound generated by the generator in the vehicle low speed range is particularly obvious,which seriously affects the comfort of drivers.In this paper,the mechanism of electromagnetic noise generation of generators is analyzed,and the electromagnetic noise optimization scheme is proposed for the key factors of electromagnetic noise.At the same time,based on the combination of the generator bench test and the actual vehicle test,the effectiveness of the verification scheme is verified,as a result the electromagnetic noise of the automobile generator is acceptable.
