| 摘 要： | 通过一辆大众迈腾轿车雨刮无法正常工作的实例,使用故障诊断仪读取故障码,借助KT720进行雨刮开关动作测试与雨刮电机的信号线波形读取,利用数字万用表对雨刮电机低电平线、供电线开路/短路等检测,并与维修手册中的数据对比,得出故障的诊断结果,确定故障点。细化迈腾轿车雨刮无法正常工作故障诊断和维修流程。

| Abstract: | Through an example that the wiper of a Volkswagen Magotan car not working normally, the fault code is read by fault diagnosis instrument. The wiper switch action test and the wiper motor signal line waveform reading are carried out by means of KT720. The low level wiper motor and the open/short circuit power supply line are detected by digital multimeter, and compared with the data in the maintenance manual. The fault diagnosis results are obtained and fault point are identified. Magotan car wiper failure diagnosis and maintenance process is given in details. |
