摘    要:针对载货汽车质量辨识问题,设计了一种基于后悬架扰度的质量辨识算法。建立了基于后悬架扰度的质量辨识模型,分析了质心位置变化和坡道角度测量误差对汽车质量辨识的影响。通过建立货厢模型,制定不同类型货物的质量分布规则,模拟出不同载货种类和质量下质心分布情况,得到质心距前轴距离与载货质量之间的关系,提出了汽车质量辨识迭代算法。实车试验表明,所设计的汽车质量辨识算法能够有效估计整车质量,受货物种类和摆放位置的影响小。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of truck mass estimation, a method of truck mass estimation based on the rear-suspension deflection is designed. A mass estimation model based on rear-suspension deflection is built, the impact of the change of centroid position and road slope measurement error on vehicle mass estimation is analyzed. The cargo compartment model is established and the mass distribution rules of different types of goods are formulated. Then the distribution of mass centers under different cargo types and masses is simulated, and the relationship between the distance from the center of mass to the front axle and the cargo mass is analyzed. The recursive algorithm of vehicle mass estimation is proposed. Vehicle test results show that the designed vehicle mass estimation method can effectively estimate vehicle mass, that is slightly affected by the kind and placement of the freight.
