| 摘 要： | 时钟弹簧在方向盘上功能与车身之间的通信方面起到关键作用。本文对时钟弹簧的概念和作用做了比较详细的介绍,并阐述了时钟弹簧在应用过程中存在的几种典型失效模式,同时针对每种失效模式给出了一些解决措施。希望以此能够给相关的开发和质保人员一些有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The clock spring plays a key role in the communication between the function on the steering wheel and the vehicle body.In this paper,the concept and function of the clock spring are introduced in detail,and several typical failure modes of the clock spring in the application process are described.At the same time,some solutions are given for each failure mode.This will give some useful reference to relevant development and quality engineers. |
