摘    要:自动头灯可以根据汽车周围光线强度实现自动亮起或熄灭。然而目前德国在售的某些车辆上,其模拟式的光线传感器由于存在红外拖尾现象致使汽车头灯在有白炽灯的隧道内无法正常开启,严重影响行车安全。针对此问题,本文提出一种抑制红外拖尾现象的方法。首先阐述光线传感器红外拖尾现象的原理,随后对比了自然光和白炽灯光的光谱,分析了市面上的光线传感器产品当中光敏二极管对各波长光线的灵敏度以及上盖材料对不同波长光线的透光率,提出抑制红外拖尾现象的方法,即采用符合人眼光敏特性的光敏二极管和均匀透光的上盖板材料组合而成新的光线传感器。最后通过分析新传感器的光学特性,验证了本文提出方法的可行性。

Abstract:Automatic headlights can be automatically turned on or off according to the light intensity around the car.However,at present,in some vehicles sold in Germany,the analog light sensor can not be opened normally in the tunnel with incandescent lamp because of the infrared tail phenomenon,which seriously affects the driving safety.To solve this problem,a method to suppress the infrared tailing phenomenon is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the principle of infrared tailing phenomenon of light sensor is described.Then,the spectra of natural light and incandescent light are compared.The sensitivity of photosensitive diode to different wavelength light and the transmittance of upper cover material to different wavelength light are analyzed.A method of restraining infrared tailing phenomenon is put forward,that is,photosensitive diode which accords with the light sensitivity characteristics of human eyes is adopted.A new light sensor is composed of uniform transparent top plate material.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by analyzing the optical characteristics of the new sensor.
