摘    要:直流充电是电动汽车实现能量补给的一种重要形式,而直流充电接口作为连接供电设备和电动汽车之间的桥梁,其卓越的性能表现是保证电动汽车直流充电安全性和可靠性的重要基础。本文针对现有测试方法的局限性,基于用户的实际使用情况,分析了不同品牌直流充电接口互相配合时的性能表现,并通过进一步的尺寸精度测试探讨了性能差异成因。以期相关研究结论能服务于产业研究、产品设计与相关标准的制定、完善。

Abstract:DC charging is an important form of the power supply for electric vehicles, and the DC charging coupler is the bridge between the power supply unit and the electric vehicles. Hence, The excellent electrical performance of DC charging coupler is the foundation for ensuring charging safety and reliability. In view of the limitations of the current evaluating methods, combined with the practical use conditions, the performance of each DC charging coupler matching combination are researched, and the reasons for the difference performance of the different matching combination are also discussed by the dimensional accuracy test. The information and results are useful for the research, design of electric vehicle’s power supply interface, the formulation and improvement of correlative standard.
