一起雨刮系统噪声的分析及优化

摘    要:前雨刮系统安装在发动机舱的车身钣金上,其噪声很容易通过车身传递到驾驶室,从而影响车内前排乘员的舒适性。本文对某车型的雨刮系统噪声抱怨产生的原因进行了分析,确定与齿轮箱轴承配合的电机转子轴表面粗糙度过大,是导致雨刮系统出现异常噪声的根本原因。降低转子轴表面粗糙度,可以抑制雨刮系统的噪声。通过对比降低转子轴粗糙度前后的噪声频谱,验证了本文方法的有效性。

Abstract:The noise of front wiper system is easily transmitted to driver’s cabin, as it is fixed in sheet metal in the engine chamber, which will affect the comfort of passengers in the front seat. In this paper, noise complaint in one car model is analyzed, and the root cause is surface roughness of motor shaft being too large. The abnormal noise disappears when reducing the roughness of the motor shaft. This method is effective by comparing the noise spectrum before and after changing the motor shaft surface roughness.
