汽车空调制冷改善方案的道路试验研究

摘    要:本文对某车型在极端高温环境下的空调制冷性能不足问题进行分析,提出了增加回热器和增加前端模块导流板密封两种汽车空调制冷改善方案,并对改善方案的效果进行道路试验和研究。结果显示两种方案均能在一定程度上改善车辆的制冷效果,但回热器方案对稳定行驶工况的制冷效果改善较明显,而导流板密封方案可以有效解决低速及怠速工况的制冷性能问题。

Abstract:The shortage problem of air conditioning refrigeration performance in extreme high temperature environment are analyzed in this paper,and two kinds of improvement schemes are put forward,which is to increase the regenerator and the front-end module deflector seal. This paper also conducts road test and research on the effect of the improvement schemes. The results show that both schemes can improve the cooling effect of the vehicle to a certain extent,but the regenerative scheme has a better effect on the steady driving condition,while the deflector sealing scheme can effectively solve the refrigerant performance of low speed and idle speed.
