摘    要:Y电容是指跨接于火线和地线(L-G)之间以及在零线和地线(N-G)之间的电容器,它适用于电容失效时会导致电击、危及人身安全的场合1]。本文以某电动客车为例,针对Y电容在高压系统中的作用、造成的问题等有关方面,简要介绍其原理和影响。在对车辆进行相关测试之后,通过对其原理进行分析,提出相应的优化方案。从合理优化车辆Y电容来达到提升高压系统及整车包括电磁兼容、电能质量、高压安全在内的电气性能。

Abstract:The Y capacitor refers to the capacitor between the firing line and the ground wire,also between the null line and the ground wire.It is suitable for situations where capacitance failure can lead to an electric shock and personal safety issue.Taking an electric bus as an example,this paper mainly introduces the principle and influence of the Y capacitor in high pressure system.After vehicle tests,the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward by analyzing the principle of the test results.Optimizing the Y capacitor of vehicle is to improve the high voltage safety and the wholevehicle quality including electromagnetic compatibility,power quality,high voltage safety and other electrical properties.
