机器人在车辆制动试验中的应用

摘    要:介绍运用制动机器人,按照GB/T12534-1990《汽车道路试验方法通则》和GB12676-1999《汽车制动系统结构、性能和试验方法》规定,对某型汽车在安装制动机器人后进行制动试验,并对制动试验数据进行测量、计算、分析、比较。试验结果分析表明,安装制动机器人后的试验数据准确度和重复性都有了很大提高,达到研发要求。本文为提高汽车试验自动化水平、缩短试验时间、降低试验成本、提高试验精度提供了一种切实有效的方法。

Abstract:This paper describes the use of brake robots,in accordance with“General Test Methods for Road Vehicles(GB/T 12534-1990)”and“Road Vehicle-braking system-structure,performance and test methods(GB 12676-1999)”,a brake test is performed on a certain type of vehicle after the brake robot is installed, and the braking test data is measured,calculated,analyzed,and compared. The analysis of the test results shows that the accuracy and reproducibility of the test data after the installation of the brake robot have been greatly improved to meet the research and development requirements. This paper provides a practical and effective method to improve the auto test automation level,shorten the test time,reduce the test cost,and improve the test accuracy.
