摘    要:为探究某液压辅助前桥驱动系统的结构原理及工作特征,对其核心部件之一的控制阀组进行了试验分析。首先,通过检测各阀口的压力与流量,确定工作模式和细节结构原理;然后,在MATLAB/Simulink和AMESim仿真平台上建立数学模型,对系统在不同工作模式下,控制阀组各端口的响应进行仿真,验证了试验结果的合理性和模式切换特征的准确性;最后,对配备该系统的某重型牵引车进行牵引力与滑转率的联合仿真,仿真结果表明,整车驱动性能得到了显著提升。

Abstract:In order to explore the structural principle and working characteristics of a hydraulic auxiliary front axle drive system, control valve group as one of its core components is tested and analyzed. Firstly, the pressure and flow of each valve port are detected to determine the operating mode and detailed structural principle. Then, mathematical models are built on the MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim simulation platforms, respectively, focusing on the simulation of the pressure response of each port of the control valve group under different working modes, to verify the validity of the test results and the accuracy of the mode switching characteristics. Finally, the co-simulation of traction and slip ratio of a heavy-duty tractor equipped with the hydraulic auxiliary front axle drive system shows that the vehicle driving performance has been significantly improved.
