摘    要:针对汽车胎压监测强制性国家标准要求,兼顾汽车电子控制单元的集成化和低成本,介绍一种集成在车身控制器的胎压信号接收模块硬件设计。通过对接收模块射频前端阻抗匹配设计与解调芯片外围电路研究,接收模块同时满足胎压监测系统信号与汽车门禁系统遥控钥匙信号传输要求。经实际测试,胎压传感器信号接收灵敏度达到-100dBm,RKE信号接收遥控距离满足装车车身周围30m无盲区的设计要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the mandatory national standard requirements for automobile tire pressure monitoring,taking into account the integration and low cost of automotive electronic control unit,a hardware design of tire pressure signal receiving module integrated in the body controller is introduced. Through the research on the RF front-end impedance matching design of the receiving module and the peripheral circuit of the demodulation chip,the receiving module simultaneously meets the requirements of the tire pressure monitoring system signal and the remote key signal transmission of the vehicle access control system. After the actual test,the receiving sensitivity of the tire pressure sensor signal reaches -100dBm,and the RKE signal receiving remote control distance meets the design requirement of 30m without blind zone around the loading body.
