摘    要:依据电动物流车行业实际发生的EMC故障进行分析,出具整车级及各部件级的解决方案,从搭铁、屏蔽、滤波、控制策略及整车布线等方面,规范设计开发工作,从而解决了高压掉电、电机堵转、音响异常等问题,使整车EMC良好兼容。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of EMC faults in electric logistics vehicles,the solutions for the whole vehicle level and its components level are presented. The design and development work is standardized from the aspects of grounding,shielding,filtering,control strategy and vehicle wiring,so as to solve the problems of high voltage power failure,motor blockage and abnormal sound,and make the EMC of the whole vehicle compatible well.
