基于需求分析的商用车组合仪表平台化设计

摘    要:首先从商用车组合仪表需求分析着手,梳理出设计变量的复杂性。接下来分别从供应商层面、设计层面、生产线层面、用户层面进行了平台化设计考虑,特别是针对商用车与乘用车的差异,建立动态分类属性数据库,从而更好地实现EOL下线刷写。提高了组合仪表的平台适应性和拓展性,并在实际生产中得到应用。

Abstract:Firstly,the complexities of design variables are combed out by the demand analysis for commercial vehicle instrument cluster.Secondly,platform design is considered at the supplier level,design level,production leveland user level.In particular,fordifferences between commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles,a dynamic classification attribute database is established to better achieve EOL writing.The platform adaptability and expandability of the instrument cluster have been improved,and it has been applied in practical production.
