基于三相短路的永磁同步电机电感参数测量方法

摘    要:为解决磁饱和效应造成的永磁同步电机直交轴电感难以准确测量的问题,基于电机三相短路的测量方法,提出了一种电感参数测量方法,在电机三相短路状态下直轴电感依据永磁体磁链和直轴电流测量获得,交轴电感可利用转矩公式获得,消除了磁饱和影响,试验结果表明,该方法可以在电流全域范围内取得±5%的测量精度,满足电机控制要求。

Abstract:It is difficult to measure d-axis inductance of PMSM(Permanent Mannet Synchronous Motor)because of the magnet saturation effect. To solve this problem, an inductance measurement method is proposed based on the motor three phases short-circuit, the d-axis inductance can be calculated by the permanent flux linkage and the d-axis current and q-axis inductance can be calculated by the torque formula, that removed the influence of the magnet saturation effect, the experiments show that this method can obtain the accuracy of ±5% in full current range, which can meet the motor control requirements.
