A Method of Fuse Selection for Vehicles

For different load types,select the suitable fuse capacity and type of fuse in the whole vehicle circuit design process,match the corresponding wire diameter of wire harness path,and a systematic method for selecting vehicle fuse is established.Firstly,based on electrical characteristics of load,choose different fuse types;secondly,based on the working current load and current features,choose appropriate fuse capacity;finally,check the matching harness wire diameter according to the fuse specification.The time/current characteristic curve of the wire should be greater than that of the fuse.
